This is a full-time contract role requiring work in the San Jose office 5 days per week.
Candidates need 1-2 years minimum experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role and/or Office Administrator role, plus experience with Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
The role requires ability to manage high volume scheduling, excellent time management and organization, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
This is a 6-month full-time contract position; visa sponsorship is not available.
