Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-volume hiring cohorts
Maintain pipelines with hundreds of active candidates across various stages
Partner with hiring leaders to understand evolving needs and adjust strategies in real-time
Track and report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current recruitment workflows
Design and implement scalable solutions that improve speed while maintaining a top candidate experience
Test new channels, screening methods, and automation that makes each hiring sprint smoother
Keep hiring managers, operations teams, and leadership informed on hiring progress
Pivot quickly when business priorities shift, adjusting targets and timelines accordingly
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to onboarding
