Description: The Internal Recruiter Assistant will support the recruitment team by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates in the Healthcare Sector. The primary responsibility is to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against the requirements, ensuring only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process. This role contributes to enhancing the efficiency and success of the client's recruitment efforts. Approximately 300 CVs will need to be screened per week, telephone interviews conducted, and online interviews booked with potential candidates.
