Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Good level of English and an Asian language is mandatory (preferable Chinese)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication
  • Manage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Monitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices
