Responsibilities
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise; ensure proper signage
Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment
Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
