Requirements
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in cash management, preferably within a multinational corporation, bank, or FinTech environment, and a solid understanding of banking systems and international business, particularly in handling multi-currency transactions. Familiarity with global payments transactions, including SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), is essential.
Responsibilities
The Reconciliation Specialist will perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment service providers (PSP), and credit cards, validate and maintain cash data, report and track connectivity issues with banking and payment systems, work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, and provide support for ad hoc tasks related to finance.
