Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in administrative support being an advantage. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail are also required, alongside the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Fluency in English is necessary, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist will welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor, answer phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when needed, manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for office staff, maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently, assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents, support office management by maintaining supplies and inventory levels, and coordinate and assist with company events and meetings as required.
