Responsibilities

Ejecución y seguimiento al sistema de EOS
Trabajar bajo los procedimientos establecidos en EOS utilizando los documentos, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo que dicta la librería global y local de Aptiv
Monitorear los cambios notificados por el coordinador de EOS que involucren su área
Responsable de la recepción de material directo e indirecto
Responsable del procesamiento de rutas de transporte de materia prima, auditar material recibido vs manifiestos
Generación de discrepancias a proveedores o transportistas según aplique mediante los distintos canales establecidos por procedimiento
Administración del personal operativo a su cargo
Monitorear el desempeño del personal a su cargo, vacaciones y permisos así como detectar las necesidades de personal y en conjunto con el supervisor e ingeniero de materiales definir el recurso necesario para el buen desempeño del área
Prevención de accidentes
Trabajar de la mano con Seguridad de planta para el correcto manejo de equipo de montacargas, así como del correcto uso del equipo de seguridad y seguimiento a las normas establecidas en los distintos procedimientos locales y globales para salvaguardar la integridad del personal que labora en el área de recibos y embarques
