Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to handle Redfin.com customers and loyalty clients
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform by selling to provided and self-generated leads
Manage deals and client pipeline using proprietary CRM technology
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win listings and close deals with qualified buyers from Redfin's customer opportunities
Collaborate with support teams including transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, showing agents, and inside sales for deal management and events
Leverage technology, marketing, and support to build business and earn commissions
