Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity services, including incident response management, customer success, or advisory consulting. A proven track record of managing senior-level relationships in technical environments is required, along with sound knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and current incident response trends. Responsibilities

The Readiness Services Consultant will act as a strategic partner to help customers prepare for incident response and maximize their CrowdStrike Services investment. This role involves delivering incident readiness exercises and workshops, facilitating conversations with technical and executive stakeholders about incident response concepts, and managing strategic relationships with retainer customers. The consultant will drive customer preparedness through education and strategic planning, coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams, execute account reviews, develop customer success plans, and contribute to program enhancement initiatives and best practices development.
