Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field
  • Wide experience in tenders, procurement, or sales support
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English both written and spoken
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) with speed and accuracy
  • Outstanding communicator with both teams and customers
  • Good team player, proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Analytical thinker with a solutions-first mindset
  • Excellent multitasking & time manager who meets tight deadlines with ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Identify, review, and analyze tender documents and requirements
  • Coordinate bids with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Service, Project Managers, etc.) to ensure strong, close and on time collaboration
  • Keep everyone aligned and informed as the go-to hub for info sharing
  • Spot risks early and help ensure compliance and quality check of all documents before submission
  • Maintain organized records of all tenders
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to gather the right info
  • Report regularly on tender progress and win strategies
  • Prepare tender answers based on the financial, technical, and administrative response internally collected in accordance with the public procurement code
