Responsibilities

Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding product performance and issue resolution
Investigate customer complaints, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Provide regular updates to upper management on investigation status, potential impact, and cost implications
Participate in routine meetings with global account management and quality teams to review claims and share resolution progress
Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify quality trends and implement preventive measures
Continuously apply problem-solving methodologies to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
