Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Trainer (3+ years), ideally within a food Industry (Grocery)
  • Understanding of food industry-specific data requirements for warehouse storage, temperature zones, packaging, and labeling
  • Experience in developing end-user training for digital tools, process adoption, and data quality standards
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Ability to adjust training styles for different audiences (technical, non-technical, global teams)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Zoom)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to connect training outcomes to business impact
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Certification in Training & Development, PIM systems, or related process tools
  • Preferred: Experience with US Food Industry
  • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Syndigo, Salsify, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on PIM processes, tools, and best practices
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, marketing, content management and supply chain)
  • Translate complex PIM-related concepts into easy-to-understand content, tailored to different audiences
  • Collaborate with PIM Process Owners, Data Governance, and High Leadership to ensure training materials are accurate, current, and aligned with business needs
  • Lead hands-on workshops and system simulations using real-world product data from the food industry
  • Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance evaluations
  • Support change management initiatives during PIM process rollouts or system upgrades
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching post-training to ensure adoption and compliance
