Requirements

Deep understanding of the Tachyon platform, including functional and technical concepts, product/policy configurations, integration/extension mechanisms, data transmission, and data migration
Hands-on experience with platform capabilities, including APIs
Ability to work with clients to understand program scope, timelines, and bottlenecks
Experience in program execution, governance, risk identification, mitigation, and stakeholder updates
Proficiency in developing comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements, risk analysis, and industry best practices
Skills in creating detailed test cases for functional, non-functional, and regression testing in banking applications (credit card issuing systems, Postman API suite, mobile banking apps, payment gateways)
Experience in test execution (manual/automated), integration testing, system testing, end-to-end testing, defect identification, and performance issues
Knowledge of defect management using issue-tracking systems, collaboration with development teams, and regression testing
Ability to maintain test documentation (plans, cases, reports, defect logs)
Completion of training curriculum courses for Tachyon platform understanding

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and associated concepts; be hands-on with platform capabilities like APIs
Work with clients to understand program scope, timelines, bottlenecks; develop high-level strategy and plan for Tachyon implementation and volume conversion
Contribute to program execution and governance: follow rituals, identify/mitigate risks, provide async updates, participate in daily/weekly cadences and governance calls
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements, risk analysis, and best practices
Create detailed test cases covering functional, non-functional, and regression testing for banking applications, APIs, mobile apps, and payment gateways
Execute test cases manually or with automated tools; conduct integration, system, and end-to-end testing; identify defects and performance issues
Report and track defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, verify bug fixes in regression testing
Maintain test documentation including plans, cases, reports, and defect logs
Go through training curriculum courses to build Tachyon platform understanding
