Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Analyst role on a web product team. Proven ability to design and maintain structured manual test plans aligned with product and business goals is required. Experience with test management and documentation tools like Xray, Jira, and Confluence, familiarity with agile development practices, strong written and verbal communication skills, and cross-cultural competency skills are necessary. Experience working on educational products or platforms, exposure to testing AI-enhanced features, and experience with accessibility testing are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Quality Analyst II will translate user stories and technical requirements into manual test plans, covering happy paths, edge cases, and regression scenarios. They will perform regression testing and release validation of critical workflows to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include using Xray to organize and track test cases, documenting and communicating defects using Jira, contributing to shared documentation in Confluence, and participating in the continuous improvement of team QA practices and processes.
