The Qualified Success Architect will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers, working with Enterprise Architects to outline technical architecture, documenting technical requirements, establishing consultative relationships, providing coaching and education, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying successful customers for advocacy programs, engaging in product discussions, and analyzing customer health scores to achieve renewal targets.
