Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with functional testing
  • 3+ years of experience with test automation
  • Experience with tools such as Cypress (preferred), Postman, and Jira
  • Strong with troubleshooting technical issues and reporting defects

Responsibilities

  • Support QA efforts by planning, developing, and executing automated and functional tests against back-end RESTful API’s and front-end Web Applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, report on findings, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Develop and enhance QA documentation and processes that contribute and support the team
  • Understand the value derived from releasing quality code rapidly to production and when to iterate on the results
  • Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects
  • Building out test repositories and executing tests
  • Working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and promote efficiency
  • Requirement analysis, test planning, and test case development across various platforms and services
  • Set standards and procedures within the team
