Responsibilities

Lead a talent pool of 50-60 specialists in a QA-oriented Chapter Stream
Manage bench-related risks and ensure efficient allocation of employees across projects
Align skills development and mapping with upcoming project demands
Contribute to staffing discussions and recommend optimal team compositions
Provide input to Tribe Leads and Project Managers on delivery impact and performance gaps
Monitor rate-to-role fit and ensure staffing decisions support profitability and capability match
Mentor and support employees through personalized development plans and goal setting
Lead the full performance lifecycle, including 1:1s, evaluations, PIPs, and salary discussions
Actively monitor eNPS/Officevibe feedback and foster inclusion
Mediate issues between employees and project stakeholders
Participate in recruitment processes and ensure smooth transitions into projects
Promote company values, initiatives, and community involvement to strengthen team engagement
Maintain accurate records in HR systems regarding skills, staffing, and growth plans
Follow governance processes for people, financials, and staffing to ensure consistency and quality
Provide regular updates to Chapter Area Managers and Chapter Stream Leads on team dynamics, risks, and morale trends
Manage labor costs, bench-related expenses, hiring decisions, and learning investments responsibly
Continuously improve processes, reporting, and team workflows to increase efficiency and impact
Maintain a reasonable attrition level and proactively address retention risks
Safeguard and improve eNPS scores within the assigned talent pool
