Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of cafeteria services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service contracts
  • Control budgets and optimize costs without compromising service quality
  • Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Problem Solving: Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems; probe all sources; unbiased analysis
  • Strategic Planning: Anticipate trends; create competitive strategies and plans
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet expectations; use customer info for improvements; build relationships
  • Delivering High Quality Outcomes: Engineer sustainable systems and processes
  • Innovation Management: Bring creative ideas to market; manage creative processes
  • Safety: Knowledge of SCM, Cority, GMAS, applicable NOM's, and MX Regulations; encourage supplier participation in GM activities; promote standard processes, CIP, GMS, Contractor's WoC
  • Quality: Understanding of NAS; promote BIQ4 processes like GMS; audit and countermeasures for programming, WPO; hygiene and customer service
  • Responsiveness: Ensure timely service deliveries; comply with menu options, snacks, special options, contract conditions; familiarity with ISO 9001, Distintivo H, and Distintivo M standards; accuracy in employee's payroll charges
  • Response: Knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance (including indicators)
  • Cost: Manage budget (BDGT), forecast (FCST), contract penalties and recoveries; ARIBA and SAP PR and PO management; timely payable accounts
  • Environmental: Knowledge of MX Regulations, Environmental NOM's, and GM Requirements
