Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry Sales and in Account Management, Business Development or another similar Sales role
  • Competent in the sale of IT services and solutions, especially datacenter technologies, Hybrid Cloud and AI (preferred)
  • Vertical industry experience with the Public Sector (preferred)
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation, in English and Swedish

Responsibilities

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for Public and large Enterprise accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Represent HPE’s portfolio of products and services in a concise, relevant way that resonates with customers and highlights HPE’s key strengths
  • Focus on driving value for the client, while maximizing competitive share, revenue, and margin for HPE
  • Lead complex sales engagements, project management and coordination to meet deadlines
  • Oversee engagements with cross-BU portfolio solutions
  • Build and execute a plan to drive growth and profitability across HPE's portfolio, in a structured and recurring way
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better
  • Develop the quota objectives and future direction for defined product category
  • Lead the Account Team working with a portfolio of Public sector Customers within Swedish market
  • Position HPE’s full portfolio to customers, together with a team of specialists
