Requirements

3+ years’ experience working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
3+ years’ experience working with sales operations or any quote/order to cash process
3+ years’ experience supporting internal Customer facing teams such as Project Managers, Sales, or Account Executives
Ability to be agile, flexible, and adjust as needed with a sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high volume of transactions with high accuracy
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Verification of PS Sales Bookings and Orders
Verification of change orders and processing in SalesForce and project delivery software system
Creating of Project Closure Forms
Processing of Billing across 7 different types and processes and verification of prerequisites
Processing of Refund requests
Calculation of cancellation fees and processing of the invoices
Creating and processing of full project Termination Agreements
