Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
  • 3+ years’ experience working with sales operations or any quote/order to cash process
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting internal Customer facing teams such as Project Managers, Sales, or Account Executives
  • Ability to be agile, flexible, and adjust as needed with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high volume of transactions with high accuracy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Verification of PS Sales Bookings and Orders
  • Verification of change orders and processing in SalesForce and project delivery software system
  • Creating of Project Closure Forms
  • Processing of Billing across 7 different types and processes and verification of prerequisites
  • Processing of Refund requests
  • Calculation of cancellation fees and processing of the invoices
  • Creating and processing of full project Termination Agreements
