Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience, along with 3+ years of previous management experience in a customer success role with direct reports. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is preferred. They should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, using insights to make strategic decisions for their team.
Responsibilities
The Provider Success Manager will manage and develop a High-Performing Team of 7-10 Provider Success Reps, maintain and evolve the Thriver Program, partner closely with teams across Credentialing, Product, Finance, Clinical Excellence, and other Provider Experience functions to drive operational efficiency and elevate the provider experience, refine and implement scalable 1:1 account management strategies to deliver value to providers across their lifecycles, identify, build, and implement cross-functional programs with the support of our Revenue Operations team, track and monitor Provider NPS and lead cross-functional efforts to improve overall provider sentiment.
