The Provider Engagement Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-Suite leadership, doctors, and facility staff, to build relationships and develop strategic plans to increase program performance and provider satisfaction. They will proactively identify performance improvement opportunities, execute improvement plans for underperforming practices, and contribute to provider retention and e-signature rates. The role involves receiving, assessing, and researching provider questions and concerns, working cross-functionally to resolve escalated issues, and documenting all interactions in Salesforce. Furthermore, the manager will support interdepartmental projects and drive incremental improvements in provider satisfaction scores, aligning with corporate objectives.
