The role involves receiving, assessing, and researching provider questions and concerns, working cross-functionally to resolve escalated issues, and documenting all interactions in Salesforce. Furthermore, the manager will support interdepartmental projects and drive incremental improvements in provider satisfaction scores, aligning with corporate objectives.
