Responsibilities

  • Support loading all Medicaid new and revised participating provider data transactions within Aetna/CVS source systems
  • Write simple SQL queries and pull reports on both an ad hoc and production basis for analysis of data present in QNXT/Source systems
  • Proactively define, identify, and recommend process enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals
  • Interpret SQL query results and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Develop short and long-term solutions following through to completion
  • Adapt swiftly to ever-changing data sequences and business needs
  • Perform data compares
  • Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support
  • Learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
  • Support a positive team environment
