Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
15 years of experience in protective security
10 years of experience implementing executive protection and corporate event security programs
10 years of experience conducting security operations in both domestic and international, low- and high-risk environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present at the C-suite level
Ability to respond to security events and escalations 24/7 as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration or leadership
Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP)
Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or other major dialects
Basic or advanced medical training (e.g., EMR certification)
Experience with corporate aircraft and TSA regulations
4 years of experience as a licensed peace officer or military police
Eligibility for Armed Security Officer (ASO) certification under the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP)

Design and lead a global executive protection strategy aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance
Serve as the primary advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all executive travel and security matters
Oversee executive protection operations including threat assessments, travel and residential security, event security, and emergency response planning
Develop and implement a strategic event security program in collaboration with the experiential marketing team
Lead a protective intelligence program using open-source and other intelligence methods to proactively identify and mitigate threats
Manage vendor relationships for security services and intelligence, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
Oversee the travel security and duty of care program in partnership with preferred vendors
Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program effectiveness to senior leadership
Manage a team of internal and contracted security professionals and oversee the protective services budget
