Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in product management, pricing strategy, analytics, or commercial intelligence, ideally within telecom, digital consumer products, or subscription-based services
  • Strong command of telecom and digital engagement KPIs, including ARPU, MRR, MAU, DAU, churn, NPS, and CSAT
  • Advanced analytical skills with expert-level proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Product Lead to define, implement, and monitor critical success metrics, ensuring accurate data infrastructure and measurement frameworks are in place ahead of launch
  • Support the Head of Commercial in designing and implementing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, usage enhancement, and retention with a customer-centric approach
  • Regularly keep abreast of competitor actions and market developments (including pricing adjustments, new products / services / features), conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify baseline market requirements and opportunities for strategic differentiation
  • Continuously track and analyze commercial performance metrics, such as ARPU, churn, engagement, and ROI, and deliver insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Communicate complex insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making
  • Influence and contribute to ongoing refinement of product features, user experiences, and customer engagement strategies aligned with evolving market dynamics and business goals
