Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-3 years of relevant work experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. They must have knowledge of property management and landlord-tenant laws, along with experience using computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced office environment, as well as the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager I, you will collaborate with senior management to establish appropriate rent levels, review rent schedules, oversee preparation and submittal of rent increases and renewals, maintain optimum occupancy, process timely move-ins and move-outs, approve rental applications, follow marketing policies, ensure tenant files are organized, ensure property compliance, direct maintenance team, report incidents, resolve resident issues, prepare the annual budget, provide financial reporting, solicit bids, ensure timely rent collection, use company directives to screen and train personnel, conduct weekly staff meetings, understand and embody Winn Guiding Principles, and utilize professional development opportunities.
