Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from business school, specialized real estate school, or university, with specialization in real estate management, real estate law, or finance
  • Successful first experience in Property Management, lease management, asset management, or commercial property administration
  • Recognized for rigor, organization, and sense of priorities
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate management tools
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Autonomous and reactive, with ability to work in a team and in an international environment
  • Legal and financial sensitivity, as well as strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage over 300 commercial leases in France and internationally: follow-ups, renewals, deadlines, early terminations, financial and legal renegotiations
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and external partners (advisors, lawyers, experts)
  • Control invoices in line with commercial lease regulations
  • Ensure contractual compliance of the group's commitments
  • Regularly update internal real estate tracking tools (databases, financial and contractual management tools)
  • Produce presentations and reports for management
  • Participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools (automation, data reliability, etc.)
  • Contribute to lease management strategy: cost analysis, benchmarking, rent and charge optimization
  • Lead or support financial and legal negotiations related to leases (clause reviews, condition alignment, etc.)
  • Collaborate with retail, finance, legal, technical, maintenance, and expansion teams
