Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
  • Current Real Estate sales license in California or ability to obtain within six months (company covers costs and counts time as work hours)

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships with clear communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
  • Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities by understanding and aligning Prologis value-added products/services (e.g., Prologis Essentials) to customer needs
  • Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
  • Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi, PeopleSoft) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
  • Perform lease analysis and lease administration
  • Apply negotiation and management skills for safe, well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
  • Handle strong financial reporting to meet budget and financial goals for the portfolio
