Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
Current Real Estate sales license in California or ability to obtain within six months (company covers costs and counts time as work hours)

Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers

Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports

Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies

Manage customer relationships with clear communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs or maintenance
Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
Identify additional revenue opportunities by understanding and aligning Prologis value-added products/services (e.g., Prologis Essentials) to customer needs
Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi, PeopleSoft) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
Perform lease analysis and lease administration
Apply negotiation and management skills for safe, well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
Handle strong financial reporting to meet budget and financial goals for the portfolio
