Bachelor’s degree in a technical field: Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, Machine Engineer, Materials Engineer, Plastics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Bio Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Industrial Designer Engineer, etc

Responsibilities

Define the technical requirements of projects
Collaborate with external machinery manufacturers, other production departments, and other P&G plants to develop the best engineering solutions
Design and develop new production lines in collaboration with suppliers, reviewing 3D visualizations
Ensure the technical compliance of new production lines with standards and requirements
Develop and conduct acceptance tests for equipment purchased from suppliers and oversee commissioning
Develop and improve manufacturing processes
