The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects, including scoping, planning, and managing implementations. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress, budgets, and milestones. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring client sign-off on key deliverables, producing high-quality documentation, and collaborating across teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will support budget planning, monitor project profitability, and stay updated on project management best practices.
