Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
7+ years of demonstrable project management experience on large-scale projects (>$100MM); 10+ years preferred
Proven experience in industrial environments, with preference for power generation and oil & gas sector project execution
Fundamental knowledge of power generation technologies
Strong background in construction execution and project management methodologies
Expertise in planning

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies from initiation to closeout
Monitor progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget; implement change management procedures as needed
Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project team members, ensuring clear communication, defined responsibilities, and accountability
Direct design, specification, and engineering of power generation projects, with a focus on constructability and compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
Manage projects through field construction, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while maintaining schedules
Lead teams through completions, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring successful delivery of power generation infrastructure
Oversee vendor procurement, delivery, and installation of equipment; manage commissioning and testing at field sites, both domestic and international
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and internal teams; build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and execution
Manage project-specific contractor agreements to ensure adherence to commercial terms
