Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Strong project management experience
Broad knowledge of project management methodologies
Ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals
Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and proposal writing
Detail orientation coupled with big-picture thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational success
Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time, travel % may vary based on business needs

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Business Unit President, maintaining near-constant communication to ensure alignment on priorities, next steps, and deliverables
Support key initiatives and organizational strategic objectives globally within SEF Industrial vertical and regionally for SEF Americas
Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
Drive cross-functional accountability for meeting preparation, follow-ups, and content readiness
Align teams and stakeholders ahead of scheduled meetings and business cadences
Develop agendas, track action items, and form up plans for deliverables across multiple projects
Facilitate internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, town halls, and other cadence-based updates
Coordinate and manage several projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices
Travel as needed for key meetings, events, or project milestones
