Candidates should possess a BS Degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of project management experience in hospital or clinical environments. PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable, as is technical experience with EMRs and HL7, and preferred experience with EMR and cardiology device integration. Knowledge of cardiology and/or Vitals devices, wireless and networking concepts, and clinical standards from IT staff and cardiology front line care staff is preferred. The role requires highly analytical and excellent problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain control and integrity in a fast-paced environment with significant multi-tasking. The candidate must be self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision, and manage time wisely by prioritizing critical tasks. Availability to travel up to 25% is necessary.
The Project Manager for Front Line Care Product Integration will lead all aspects of implementation from purchase order receipt to the launch of integrated systems products in healthcare settings. This involves coordinating multiple customer departmental partners, vendors, and product-specific resources to deliver integration projects on time, at budget, and as expected. The role includes developing and leading project timelines, setting and managing customer expectations for application installation, training, and launch, and handling complex customer clinical workflows. Responsibilities also encompass leading remote meetings, using web sessions for product knowledge, maintaining project plans, agendas, and minutes, assisting clients in workflow analysis and design, device and interface testing, and post-release closure. The Project Manager will serve as the point of contact for assigned projects, assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical review teams, and facilitate troubleshooting of issues related to system development and project coordination.
