Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage the planning & execution of strategic projects for NIQ MI T&D (e.g., Growth Initiatives, Product Enhancement Projects, Strategic Initiatives)
  • Drive project execution excellence: on-time, on-quality delivery & within budget
  • Take ownership: hold team & stakeholders accountable, challenge conventional thought, commit to project success, drive organizational change
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and gauge business implications before project decisions
  • Communicate effectively: excellent communication/interpersonal skills, simplify complex topics, provide clear project reports as single point of contact, influence all levels including senior leaders, accurate status/health reporting, active listening, understand audience & make compelling pitches, prepare status reports
  • Energize others: command respect, create team community, engage business partners & SMEs, inspire project team, navigate individual/cultural differences, leverage project management gold standards
  • Execute per PM governance framework: develop, manage & execute using best standards (methods, templates, procedures, metrics)
  • Work with leadership & project teams to develop detailed project plans
  • Make recommendations & drive decisions, apply sound business knowledge
  • Ensure quality, on-time delivery, cost management & maximum efficiency in resource/skill allocation
  • Manage scope: produce Statement of Work, Project Plan, Risk Management Plan, success criteria aligned with steering/stakeholders; work at detail level without losing big picture; apply consistent change control process; act as strong change leader driving stakeholders
  • Mitigate risks & resolve issues: actively identify, assign, track issues & risks, ensure mitigation & ownership; initiate activities/management interventions for gaps/issues; demonstrate resilience and optimism
