Responsibilities

Lead customer engagement from a Program Management perspective, ensuring programs meet scope, time, and budget through effective planning and control
Oversee corporate, customer, and vendor efforts to deliver solutions aligned with governance standards
Establish and maintain a portfolio and project management environment based on global policies and methods
Act as a team or project leader, applying subject matter expertise to solve complex business issues and guide decision-making
Manage customer project delivery (large/moderately complex/local or sub-region)
Manage revenue as detailed in Impact section
Manage project financials including P&L
Meet or exceed SOAR approved budgets
Provide reliable financial forecasts to the management
Manage business development: identify and develop new opportunities on current project; support qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities; act as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals
Manage client relationships (mid to upper level client delivery relationships; frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients)
Manage project team (internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people; mentor and encourage skill development of project team members; provide performance review input and indication of area of development for team members)
Manage medium complexity legal and commercial issues
