5 years of experience in technical project/program management
Experience working with either SaaS product implementations and retail experience
Good understanding of retail market drivers
Understanding of data management and syndication concepts
Strong written and interpersonal skills both written & verbal
English, German mandatory, French plus

Responsibilities

Understand retail business drivers leading to the program the customer wishes to implement
Documenting program success criteria
Translate high level requirements into functional needs while working collaboratively with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts
Contributing technical and industry expertise to product implementation
Coordinating the development/implementation with customer stakeholders, IT engineers, partner stakeholders, etc
Ensuring timely delivery
Documenting scope changes
Owning and driving customer and internal communication
Consolidating the relationship with customers leading to successful delivery of advocacy
Orchestrate and co-ordinate relevant work/activities with multi-location, multicultural, multi-skill, multi-disciplinary teams
Act as a key Syndigo ambassador in client organizations by demonstrating company values and by establishing strong credibility
Evolve and refine engagement model, working arrangement and RACI in case of partner SI collaborations based on partner maturity and customer needs
