Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in technical project/program management
  • Experience working with either SaaS product implementations and retail experience
  • Good understanding of retail market drivers
  • Understanding of data management and syndication concepts
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills both written & verbal
  • English, German mandatory, French plus

Responsibilities

  • Understand retail business drivers leading to the program the customer wishes to implement
  • Documenting program success criteria
  • Translate high level requirements into functional needs while working collaboratively with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts
  • Contributing technical and industry expertise to product implementation
  • Coordinating the development/implementation with customer stakeholders, IT engineers, partner stakeholders, etc
  • Ensuring timely delivery
  • Documenting scope changes
  • Owning and driving customer and internal communication
  • Consolidating the relationship with customers leading to successful delivery of advocacy
  • Orchestrate and co-ordinate relevant work/activities with multi-location, multicultural, multi-skill, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Act as a key Syndigo ambassador in client organizations by demonstrating company values and by establishing strong credibility
  • Evolve and refine engagement model, working arrangement and RACI in case of partner SI collaborations based on partner maturity and customer needs
