Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical implementation, or project management (payer, provider, or health tech)
  • 10+ years in a Technical Program Management or similar program/stakeholder management role
  • Excellent program/project management skills — able to create structure out of ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of how care delivery organizations integrate with payers and configure systems like EHRs, data for analytics, and other internal delivery platforms
  • Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle process or scrum management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical delivery timelines
  • Collaborative communicator who can distill complex operational and clinical requirements into clear next steps
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where cross-functional execution is key

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Health Plan Operations as a member of the Technology team to help lead end-to-end launch execution, ensuring new partnerships go live flawlessly and on schedule
  • Serve as a point of accountability in the launch readiness process – eliminating blockers and opening clear and effective lines of communication between teams
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure our technology and tools best support patient outcomes, caregiver needs, and other organizational goals
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance our platform capabilities, ensuring seamless support for new, improved, and re-configured workflows
  • Partner with our Business Development team to understand emerging opportunities and help understand technical effort and business opportunity
  • Scale through continuous innovation, documenting insights, and writing and improving launch playbooks
