Requirements

  • Prior experience in a role that required strategic oversight in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
  • Prior experience working in a global, matrixed organization (a plus)
  • Related industry qualification (a plus)
  • Good communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written
  • Highly flexible and adaptable with strong organizational skills to determine Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and assess/develop skills of subordinate staff
  • College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Educating and training clients on operational services procedures and product capabilities
  • Serving as the main interface between client and internal parties in preparation for new business being brought live and placed into production
  • Serving as subject area expert, providing comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
  • Operating independently with in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas

  • Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
