Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme or project management, successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating effectively within a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience using data to spot trends, diagnose problems, and inform decision-making

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the entire lifecycle of complex projects—from initiation and planning to execution and closure—ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget
  • Strategic Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for projects and product offerings, collaborating closely with all relevant teams to ensure a successful launch
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation to senior leadership to keep projects on track
  • Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement by analysing our performance, refining our launch playbooks, and streamlining processes to make us faster and more effective with every initiative
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for your projects, managing communications and aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is moving towards the same goal. Facilitate decision making and be comfortable making a decision when the group can’t agree
