Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex projects or initiatives
Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project
Monitor progress and performance against the operational plan
Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays
Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements
Identify and understand cost estimates, resources, and time required
Ensure project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters
Act as a liaison with other areas in the organization
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports
Work with stakeholders and identify and establish priorities
Allocate tasks and coordinate project staff
Manage projects requiring working within multiple business segments and/or across corporate shared service resources
Work across internal functional areas and with external stakeholders
Interact with internal and/or external senior and executive leadership teams
Manage projects requiring complex customizations
Manage project plans where portions of the solution may not exist
Manage and monitor time, scope, and cost for the project
