Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and prior Program Management or Project Management experience, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). They should also have experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing, and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multifunctional teams to ensure a flawless product launch, managing project commitments, and implementing and managing change. They will define project milestones and timelines, lead cross-functional teams, communicate customer requirements, control program execution, manage deviations to the plan, and implement action plans to close gaps. The role also involves assuring clear communication within the team and to the customer, leading team performance through influence, and providing executive-level summaries to senior management, as well as scheduling project reviews and utilizing program escalation processes to ensure deliverables are met.
