Requirements

  • Ph.D. degree or equivalent experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive background will also be considered
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience managing and advancing techniques using Thermo Fisher LC-MS systems — including high-resolution Orbitrap and triple quadrupole instruments
  • Demonstrated background in solution creation and workflow incorporation for omics applications
  • Strong understanding of metabolomics, proteomics, biopharmaceutical analysis, and testing methods in food and environmental safety
  • Excellent project management skills — ability to plan, complete, and deliver complex projects across multiple teams
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal); able to collaborate in an international environment
  • Practical experience working with Thermo Fisher software platforms including Xcalibur, TraceFinder, Compound Discoverer, and Skyline is an advantage
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and technical innovation (preferred)
  • Strategic approach with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions (preferred)
  • Familiarity with global LSMS market trends and emerging omics technologies (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct cross-functional projects related to LSMS solution development and application deployment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BU, R&D, Sales, and Technical Support) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and refine workflows and solutions based on Thermo Fisher LSMS product lines, including Orbitrap and TSQ series
  • Coordinate data analysis and application validation in metabolomics, proteomics, biopharma, food, and environmental fields
  • Manage project timelines, risk assessment, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer needs
  • Support customer evaluations, demonstrations, and feedback integration to drive product improvement
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external collaborators
  • Communicate effectively with global teams and provide technical insight into central initiatives
