Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry is required, with at least 1 year of management experience. Proven attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is necessary, along with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will ensure the efficient implementation of study protocols, manage clinical research studies in accordance with scope of work, budget, ICH GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations, and serve as the primary contact for sponsors. Responsibilities include managing various clinical study functions, generating study status updates, supervising and training clinical teams, creating and reviewing clinical study documents, and ensuring the accuracy of reports. The role also involves providing billing information, presenting at project meetings, identifying and solving issues to meet timelines, managing subject accrual and compliance, assisting with TMF management, preparing for audits, and ensuring team compliance with regulations and SOPs.
