Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems. A minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office products (Excel, PowerPoint), Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with Agile development methodology and strong analytical, problem-resolution, and stakeholder management skills are essential. While a PMP certification is preferred, relevant industry or client implementation experience can be substituted. Experience with PPM tools like Planview or Mavenlink is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will manage the end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual requirements. Responsibilities include tracking project status, managing customer expectations, providing status reports, actively managing risks and issues to closure, and creating/managing project plans and schedules. The role involves communicating with stakeholders, partnering with cross-functional teams and account management, compiling and reporting on project financials, and adhering to agile software development processes.
