Requirements

Ability to own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to closure, including scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes
Experience translating use case objectives into quantifiable business KPIs and leading Value Realization Workshops
Proficiency in developing detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, quality, and managing dependencies/blockers
Expertise in managing complex system integrations connecting OT/IT data sources using agile methodology and continuous stakeholder engagement
Skills in aligning project delivery with customer strategic goals (e.g., operational excellence, safety, sustainability, cost reduction) through reporting and executive briefings
Capability to partner with Product team, escalate gaps via governance channels, and safeguard contractual commitments
Knowledge of handling project financials: bookings, revenue recognition, cost tracking, margin analysis, forecasting, and reporting to Portfolio Manager
Experience acting as main customer point of contact, managing governance, steering committees, executive briefings, and clear communication
Ability to oversee customer satisfaction, manage partner/vendor relationships, and maintain process documentation
Proficiency in driving change management: user training, adoption support, in collaboration with Customer Business Executive
Strong liaison skills between clients and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) for stakeholder communication and expectation management

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery from contract signing through deployment and value realization, ensuring alignment with customer strategic priorities and measurable business impact
Guarantee project success and financial performance by managing scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes
Translate use case objectives into quantifiable business KPIs and lead Value Realization Workshops to establish baselines and demonstrate impact
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and quality; proactively manage dependencies and blockers
Manage complex system integrations connecting OT/IT data sources with agile methodology and continuous stakeholder engagement
Ensure project delivery aligns with customer goals (e.g., operational excellence, safety, sustainability, cost reduction) via regular reporting and executive briefings
Regularly update Account Executives (AEs), Customer Business Executives (CBEs), and stakeholders on project status, scope, risks, and financial performance for transparency
Partner with Product team on committed features/capabilities, escalating gaps through governance channels to protect commitments, time-to-value, and satisfaction
Handle project financials: bookings, revenue recognition, cost tracking, margin analysis, forecasting; report to Portfolio Manager
Act as main customer point of contact: manage governance, lead steering committee meetings, provide executive briefings
Oversee customer satisfaction management/follow-up, manage partner/vendor relationships, maintain process documentation
Drive change management activities (user training, adoption support) with Customer Business Executive
Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success), managing communication and expectations
