Requirements
- 2-5 years of client-facing project management experience in a digital environment
- Experience managing relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Digital marketing/advertising agency experience in the pharmaceutical space is preferred
- Solid understanding of Project Management and critical path analysis, PMP or like certification a plus
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
- Successful track record coordinating multiple project internal and external stakeholders and software development teams
Responsibilities
- Own the launch/implementation of software onto client websites (6-12 weeks)
- Coordinate with different stakeholders at Ostro and the client
- Configure the software (no coding expertise required)
- Submit to the client’s regulatory committee
- Conduct quality assurance testing prior to release
- Lead cross-organizational digital program management projects
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support
- Build detailed project plans and hold internal and external teams accountable for dates and deliverables
- Collect, analyze, and present data sets supporting project goals and initiatives
- Manage and highlight risks and deploy mitigation techniques
- Set and maintain appropriate expectations
- Provide operational support
