Requirements

Degree qualified in a Business Management discipline (minimum 2.2)
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

Collating updates and information from all areas of the business to plan next steps on projects
Working with metrics to identify and implement improvements in existing metrics and project planning processes
Identifying and locating project kit at UK sites, including travel to physical locations
Preparing “how to” guides on the documentation suite required for contracts
Updating project plans
Preparing costs for work with engineers to present to senior management
Updating Risk Registers
Working across project stages from assessment to manufacturing and development
Building networks across the business, including Project Managers, Commercial, Manufacturing, Technical, and Engineering teams, as well as Ministry of Defence and customers
In Agile teams: adopting iterative approaches, working in sprints, utilising Agile Software technology, applying Scrum Master techniques, and collaborating with teams and customers for adaptive solutions
