Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a Business Management discipline (minimum 2.2)
  • British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
  • Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

  • Collating updates and information from all areas of the business to plan next steps on projects
  • Working with metrics to identify and implement improvements in existing metrics and project planning processes
  • Identifying and locating project kit at UK sites, including travel to physical locations
  • Preparing “how to” guides on the documentation suite required for contracts
  • Updating project plans
  • Preparing costs for work with engineers to present to senior management
  • Updating Risk Registers
  • Working across project stages from assessment to manufacturing and development
  • Building networks across the business, including Project Managers, Commercial, Manufacturing, Technical, and Engineering teams, as well as Ministry of Defence and customers
  • In Agile teams: adopting iterative approaches, working in sprints, utilising Agile Software technology, applying Scrum Master techniques, and collaborating with teams and customers for adaptive solutions
