Responsibilities

Develop the HR Tech strategy & guide a small team to deliver: Tech unlocks (Pursue larger-scale self-service tech, starting with quick wins & high-reward use cases in HR Ops)
Tool enhancement & adoption: Simplify & enhance ticket intake tooling; increase adoption of current self-service technology
Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
Use data and insights to anticipate risks, solve problems, and drive smarter decisions
Help shape the future of work at Alcon by reimagining how HR delivers value
