Position Overview

Labelbox is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to partner with our Project Managers in overseeing data labeling and generation projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our labelers, providing support and advocacy throughout their project lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses project management experience, works independently, and is dedicated to ensuring project success and high-quality data delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Projects: Partner with a Project Manager to oversee data labeling and generation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Delegate Tasks: Effectively assign responsibilities to team members for optimal resource utilization.
• Community Management within Projects: Respond thoughtfully and promptly to team member inquiries regarding their projects.
• Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs.
• Communication: Provide regular project status updates, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in project management, preferably in data labeling.
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Bonus Points

• Experience in data annotation or working with machine learning datasets.
